Return & Refund Policy
At Zenvotek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, our transparent return and refund process is here to help you resolve the issue efficiently.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products such as in-ear headphones and earbuds cannot be returned once the internal packaging seal is broken, unless the product is defective. Software products and digital downloads are also non-returnable.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please initiate an inquiry through our Contact Us page. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
